Wednesday, July 22, 2020 - A first for me- I’ve heard a lot about this but have never seen it in a wine shop- purchased as takeout from a restaurant during this COVID nightmare. Sort of a hazy saignee shade of rose in the glass with strawberry/pomegranate/new plastic off-gas/crushed bug aromas and tart, vibrant strawberry and raspberry fruit on the palate. This is firmly in wine hipster territory but I actually like it!
