Monday, September 23, 2019 - I tasted this at the winery and immediately tried to buy some. This was a "club only" bottling (7 barrels produced) so I had to join the club. Bought six.

Fast forward 48 hours and popped this at home. Decanted. Aerated. Last glass at 6 hours was the best.

Delicious. Faint flavors of savory character like coffee, sage, currant, deep dark cherry, baking spices, and meat. Very youthful, almost exuberant. Needs time and significant air if drinking now. Very nice bottle for ~$30. Will hold half and drink the other two with air.
