Sunday, June 19, 2022 - Beautiful wine. Opened but not decanted about 60 minutes prior to consumption . Cherry, Asian spice nd earth on the nose. Paired with grilled salmon with a spicy rub, rice and mixed salad . Well-balanced on the palate with good acidity to pair with food . Finish is long.
