Tuesday, June 30, 2015 - Drinking beautifully at the end of its life. Open 1.5 hrs and still together although loose structure. Incredibly soft and silky tannins, beautiful fruit, no oxidation and honey aromas. Paired nicely with pineapple pork belly!
