Monday, November 28, 2022 - Alsacian White varietal from Michigan. Loads of mouth watering acidity. Complex nose of orange, white flowers and lemon. Lemon-lime flavors with a hint of fresh cut grass. Minerals and chalk on the finish. Totally interesting! Quite delicious!
