Wednesday, January 2, 2008 - Opened this Cahors with a dish of duck. Deep color. Lots of alcohol on the nose, hints of oak, some red fruit. Nothing to special. Tannic feel is the first thing that explodes. Good depth. Well balanced and decent finale. But still too young.
