Flavor is fine, nothing at all offensive. Moderately dry. Works well with an ordinary dinner, but I would serve guests better wine at a similar price point. There is enough here though that I would try different vintages from the producer. Tannins do not suggest improvement from further cellaring. Won't likely buy more but will try another release. (Drank from a 375ml split.)
