Saturday, August 20, 2022 - BTG at Noble Rot Soho

Initially some soft gun smoke, then yellow apple, papaya, some thyme and florals
Gorgeously rich on the palate - expands and expands - rich papaya, citrus tang (some sort of exotic orange), saline, cream. Basically bouncing around between most of Chardonnay’s greatest hits but hangs together like a complete set. Lovely
