Wednesday, September 7, 2022 - Poured by the glass for dessert. Light golden color. Difficult to assess the nose from a very full small glass. Initial impression of the attack is that it is a lighter style Constance with only moderate sweetness and richness, but then it expands impressively in the mouth, showing yellow apple, bright citrus, a hint of nuttiness, and a real liquoreux side. I doubt this will be ageless like the 1989, but it is really good now in a subtle, more stealthy way.
