Friday, June 9, 2023 - First time trying this cuvée and it hits all the spots in terms of what i like about “sweet” wines… it does not feel that sweet, which is why i generally prefer young Kabinett and Spatlese to Auslese in German rieslings. Nose of peach apricot and date. Extremely balanced, good acidity and a certain saltiness, light on his feet, not coying, just delightful!
