Tuesday, November 22, 2022 - Enjoyable lemon and green apple aromas. Underripe fruit balances the 8g/L dosage. Floral notes present, but a little blurry. Yeasty bakery aromas come out after this wine has a chance to open up. No minerality that I detect. Finish is relatively long and pleasant. Solid balanced champagne, but not a superstar.
