Friday, December 17, 2021 - Very aromatic with notes of sweet, ripe red cherry and strawberry. The flavor is mostly red cherry, black cherry and raspberry with a slight green bramble / stemmy edge. Well balanced with a decent amount of tannins and acidity — somewhat crunchy. The aroma is better than the flavor IMO. It’s great, just not my favorite flavor profile. Better than the Sonoma Coast and better with air.
