Friday, October 16, 2020 - Nuits St. Georges 1er Cru aux Boudots Dinner (Formento's - Chicago IL): Ripe and clearly rich with a surprising reductive character to start. Lots of apple and some tropical hints, even while not fully forthcoming. We didn’t finish the bottle, so I took it home and finished the equivalent of the last 1/2 glass the next night, at which point it was more composed and complete. Very good, better 2022 forward, 92-93 point potential.
