Wednesday, May 18, 2022 - La Cave se Rebiffe, Tours. On the nose a bit shy with brioche, green apple, a hint of sweet flowers and hazelnut. On the palate dry and fresh, full mouthfeel and long finish, really great, everything fits together. Best to enjoy it in the first one or two years after release. Incredible price to quality relation.
