Monday, February 27, 2017 - Decanted 1.5hrs. Very dark rim with nearly black core. Some ash, cedar and cappuccino on the nose. Medium body with striking acidity,which adds to its freshness. Firm but well-integrated tannins. Ripe black cherries and a subtle touch of underbrush. Still needs 3-5 years, but beautiful already.
