Distinct new world nose (when compared to the 82 bdxs we were drinking prior), but very mature. Beautiful mature dark fruits, with a subtle sweetness. Refined vanilla and redfruit palate, fully integrated tannins. My first 20+ year old CA cab, I was suprised by the elegance.
