Wednesday, December 30, 2020 - Very dark ruby hue with a nose of grilled plums, cocoa powder, savory herbs and smoked meat. Palate is juicy black fruit, a little jammy but not intensely so, with medium plus acidity and chewy tannins. Doesn’t stand out for a Syrah but a nice value.
