Saturday, May 21, 2022 - Color: light straw with green reflexes
Nose: hydrocarbon note to the very fore. Petrichor. Lemon zest. Yellow peach. The fruit is just just ripe. There are cool nuances of herbs like thyme and even mint, hints of kumquat
Palate: high acidity, dry palate with just a ghost of residual sugar, big texture for a medium-full body. Has a sour candy quality and confirms the nose with more emphasis on the orangey kumquat
Finish: medium-long

Fantastic GG here with a great life ahead of it. Today, decant 2 hours and drink just cool. Wait 10 years and this is sure to be a 94+. Very complete palate with a tartness that reminds me of sour strips
