Sunday, September 2, 2012 - Light golden hue. Saline minerality, limestone, honey, beeswax, lemon peel, yellow apples, a hint of butter and a light fino sherry note. Rich ripe fruit, good freshness, focus and bite, a bit of spicy oumpf (14%), nice length with grapeskin, appleskin and a chalky, salty mineral aftertaste. Drinks well with thai curry, also really enjoyable on its own. Even better after a few hours. A bargain at €12/113 sek in March 2006 - should have bought more. Last bottle, in a good spot now.
