Sunday, February 28, 2021 - Partially clear dark red. Full to medium body. Low tanines medium acidity. Very complex and demanding. Aromatic with a mixture of dried fruits, fruits, earthy tastes, spices and oak. Same on the palate with pepper, licorice, leather. mushrooms, raisin, plum and blackberries leading with vague chocolate and raspberries hints. Long bitter sweet ending. Good VFM.
