Friday, July 18, 2008 - A bit of damp earth and tar on the nose. Tar, earth and black currants and raspberry leaf on the palate. Decent acidity but a bit too tarry for me. Would likely go well with roasted meat or barbecue. Softer after 3-4 days in the fridge, I might try another bottle.
