Sunday, April 5, 2020 - A simple dolcetto. If you’re drinking it this young, it would benefit from a decant. It evolved nicely in the glass towards more earthy/savoury notes.
Ripe plums and black fruit and black cherry, sweet spice
Medium acid
Medium tannins
Quite juicy
Medium- length
This does the job as a table wine
