Saturday, November 6, 2021 - Tasted double blind. Dark ruby color with some clarity. Aromas of smoked black cherry & plum, clove, leather, rose hips, cola nut, orange zest, tea and clove. Piquant flavors of red and black cherry, plum and orange blossom, mineral and anise. Subtle oak, medium-plus acid, medium body, round structure, moderate finish.
