Monday, December 25, 2023 - An even blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Meunier from 30 different curs with 25% reserve wine. Cellared for four years before release. No disgorgement date since Pol Roger only display this information on cases and this was purchased as a single bottle.

Deep gold in the glass. I was informed by my mother that she’d this bottle had in her possession for sometime and the colour supports this. Oxidative in style with blanched almonds, lightly pickled ginger, and brass cookware. Intense burst of peach and nectarine. Persistent length. Clearly showing a decade or more of age and all the better for it.
