Friday, December 22, 2006 - Getting long in the tooth. Not bad but the acidity is starting to drop allowing the dosage to come off as too sweet for a brut. My stock is two years old, I think, purchased in 2005 some time on a closeout for $15. The Chicago distributor changed so was selling the product cheap. My last couple of bottles need to be sucked up. I have to admit I have a hard time with rating champagnes so I may not be the best source.
