Probably the third or fourth time I've had this wine over the last few years (all likely different disgorgement) and it's been consistently similar, and good, every time. Lemony fruit with plenty of yeasty biscuit flavors, nice and crisp without being hollow or metallic and with good balance between the fruit and the acid with a bit of chalk, finishes long and clean.
