Saturday, September 29, 2012 - What a difference from last time. Can not believe this is the same champagne that I'm drinking.
Tonight this is very close to the Sir Winston Churchill, which I tried at the same time. Smokey, with depth and with a medium, close to a full, body. The citrus is in the background. The only real difference from big brother (Sir Winston) is the mousse. In comparison big brother has a very powerful and elegant mousse, which is far from what this NV has to offer.
Even so, this NV was a great experience.
Bought by the glass at Hotel Dorsia, Gothenburg, Sweden. They must have cellared this one. Got the impression that the hotelowner has a serious wineinterest.
