Monday, February 18, 2013 - Excellent nose, quite Burgundian, toasty, biscuity, a lovely mature style (the 3+ years sur lattes really show), candied fruit; harmonious, dry but rounded, rich but fresh, beautiful balance, good depth of flavour, fishy Pinot and fresh apples; very good length. Outstanding NV.
