Monday, May 13, 2013 - Citrus nose. Clear hint of lee from the bottle - in an elegant way. Austere and formal with the acidity but still retains a degree of suppleness. Buttery to taste. And, a hint of honey at the end.
Does not play well with "busy" food. Classic pairing is probably the best, i.e. caviar. (yeah, I know...)
