Friday, November 15, 2013 - Good standby daily drinker. Deep golden color nice tiny bubbles moving rapidly to the surface. Brioche, and some toast and apricot with almost an aging quality. Very nice. Good minerality and acidity. Cork however would indicate a lack of freshness.
