Saturday, July 7, 2007 - Not as expected. Still a great Champagne with lots of green apple and nice acidic back bone. A big Champagne, but not doughy and yeasty like we typically like and what this has tasted like in the past. Is it an issue of bottle age? Only been 6 months or so in the cellar.
