Saturday, August 2, 2014 - Pol Roger makes a very nice NV champagne. It is certainly a pinot centric blend with rich flavors including honey, bread, cream, and red apples. There is also a graham cracker flavor that is left over after each sip. This was a newer release, but it was totally ready to go and there is no need to sit on these for long. One of the better big house NV releases.
