Thursday, April 9, 2015 - Disgorged in fall of 2014. Light yellow colour with a youthful nose showing citrus, minerals and hazelnut. Feels very fresh and with a nice acidic palate with a nice long lime peel finish. Still feels a bit too young for my taste.
Best with 3-5 years extra cellaring.
