Thursday, November 11, 2021 - First night this was good, but after being open to air for a day this improves. I love the balance here between the fruit and acidity, and unlike many feinherb this has great poise and is not awkward. Air softens the slightest edge of acid. Will let this sit for at least 10 to transform it
