Saturday, January 27, 2024 - Golden lemon. Delicate floral nose with honeysuckle, a touch of fine cedar and some herbal notes. Very smooth despite the zesty acidity. Quite saline in fact. There is plenty of minerality and a bit of yeastiness on the long mouth-watering finish. Very tasty wine. Probably better in a handful of years, but irresistible now. Good balance at this young stage.
