Tuesday, August 1, 2023 - Champagnes and Burgundies: Brought for a friend. Pale straw colour in comparison to the Bachelet-Monnot. Rich, plenty of oak use which I am more tolerant of in Chardonnays if well-integrated. Had a lovely viscous texture, citrus fruit that bordered on floral and exotic. Everything you want from a white Burgundy.
