Sunday, July 11, 2021 - Screwcap closure here, compared to the cork-finished 2015. Light yellowish. Very pronounced and attractive sponti yeast nose, but burned match as well, with the sulphur holding the fruit back. Light body, kabinett weight and nicely concentrated, though short. At this stage it leaves the impression that ripeness might be an issue. Though currently short and not showing ripe, it's by no means simple and conveys a sense of purity and essence. But with all the funk presently going on here, this could be too challenging for the larger number. Good plus, but I expect this to perform better with time.
