Saturday, March 12, 2016 - Ridge tasting at the Rheingau Gourmet Festival 2016: clear yellow color; lots of lemon, apple and apricot smells in the nose accompanied with oak caramel and butter aromas; in the mouth surprisingly not much flavor; medium body and smooth texture.
