Monday, February 14, 2022 - A high quality & well produced Sancerre (Sauvignon Blanc), this wine has gooseberry, apple blossom & notes of slate on the nose. The pallate adds grapefruit, lime zest along ever present minerality through the finish with just a hint of spicy ginger. Quite well balanced and a perfect pairing with our Valentine's dinner or Dijon-roasted salmon & potatoes! ($32) [2/14/22]
