Thursday, March 20, 2014 - Blind tasting, golden colour. Superb expressive nose: fantastic sweat cocktail of vanilla pine apple , seductive green lemon peal, and a touch of coconut. Surprisingly the mouth is dry, a bit over oaky, super exotic, good bitterness, high acidity and a long after finish. A very special style for a European palate. I was sure it was a sweat wine. Difficult to rate for me. The match with a panned foie gras is very modern. An very nice experience, I’ll learned a lot.
