Friday, July 15, 2022 - This stuff is pretty amazing and it just got better and better over a 5 hour period. Best rose I have ever had and I've had some great ones (Lopez de Heredia Gran Riserva Rosado, Valentini Cerasuolo, Ch Simone, Peyrassol (Le Clos Peyrassol), Tempier, Bagnol, other Clos Cibonne roses and many more). Could easily stand up to some grand cru whites. Also agree with previous notes, that its color is more orange than pink and it definitely has a touch of oak on it. Really delicious.
