Tuesday, May 4, 2021 - Flower Day - Dark raspberry in the glass. Aromas of orange blossom, raspberry juice, red florals, and spice. On the palate, it’s rich and smooth, with mouth filling flavours of raspberry, peach, cherry, herbs, and spice (fennel seeds). There’s a nice touch of slightly grippy tannins giving it a dusty yet still fruit forward finish. Plenty big enough for roast poultry yet also (just) light enough to savour by itself. Drink now or over the next two years.
