Friday, April 17, 2020 - Tried this first over the Easter weekend 2020. Very pronounced pear and banana on the nose. Tasting it reminded me immediately of Duchesse d'Angouleme pear variety and subtle underripe banana. Very mellow finish. This pairs very well with fish under creamy sauce.
