Sunday, September 10, 2023 - The nose needed quite a bit of air to wake up, it was very shy at first. With some air, it became very lemony with mineral notes and flint. High acidity on the palate with a lovely lemon (juice) note, crushed rocks, green apple, and citrus zest. Nice finish. A lovely wine that is very enjoyable now, although it doesn't have the complexity or depth of the Manon.
