Saturday, November 19, 2022 - Great quality, outstanding value. Elegant dark fruits laced with oak flavours and sweet baking spices (vanilla, chocolate, cinnamon). I felt that the wine has opened up to reveal lots of layers of flavour and interest. Some flavours that come to mind were leather earthiness and a potpourri of flower lightness. Quite fascinating. So while not huge its was a lovely balanced textured wine with a good tannic finish. Still a long life ahead so no rush to open up all your bottles.
