Wednesday, January 7, 2009 - Popped and decanted for about an hour. Great nose, just like a good CdP. Smoked meat, ripe dark berries, garrigue, crazy spicy. The palate doesn't get there unfortunately. Medium-bodied, raspberry and cherry flavors mingle with a touch of spiciness, ending quite dry and short. Good food wine.
