Sunday, September 25, 2016 - Purple color with a wonderful bouquet and flavor of cassis and vanilla. Very pure and seamless impression with a caressing mouthfeel. Very long finish. An interesting contrast to its companion wine, Chateau La Mission Haut Brion (rated 93), which was all tobacco, leather, and cedar.
Leonetti and Quilceda Creek make exceptional Cabernets, among the best in the world.
