Monday, January 2, 2023 - medium bodied straightforward strawberry notes on day one; far better on day three when it is bigger, darker, more complex, with Christmas spice, earth (like you find in old Ridge MB cabs); a hint of cedar on the long finish; need to hold these longer, but that is hard to do.
