Saturday, August 13, 2011 - Slow-O 3 hours, served over the following 3 hours. This had some stiff competition last night - '05 Ex Voto, '07 Rochioli Chard. I rated this last among the three, but more because the others were that great, and not because this was that bad. It still has a very youthful color; the acidity seems racy, almost nervous. This will likely hit peak in 2 years and then drink well for another decade after that. I've got one left, so I'm hoping it will pick up a more complexity along the way. Excellent food wine. 14,5% abv, approx $60.
