Saturday, December 24, 2016 - I don't know, all i know is it's good, its very good and special indeed - it's the kind of wine you don't drink every day, and today is just a perfect occasion. Out of the bottle, it has a bright golden tinge, scent of vanilla and whatever it is that is so damn fragrant. It tastes sensational, the mouth feel was luscious, the palate was mellow, none of that oaky or doughy stuff that i normally find annoying in chardy.
